So, Toronto Mayor Rob Ford (330 lbs) pledged that he would lose 50 pounds  by June 18. His brother Doug (275 lbs), a Toronto councillor, pledged to do the same. A site had been set up in order to pledge money to “Your charity of choice” and “Help the Ford brothers cut the waist.”

However, if you type in a charity with the words “bicycle” or “gay” in it, it comes back with the above image.

Not so surprising from the mayor who said “I can’t support bike lanes. Roads are built for buses, cars, and trucks. My heart bleeds when someone gets killed, but it’s their own fault at the end of the day” and who didn’t attend the Pride parade.
